Product sterilisation happens upstream. The filling cell receives treated product, protects the bag interface, fills and closes the package. The boundary between upstream, filler and package must be defined and tested.

LOOK AT THE INTERFACE
The machine is the head, the handling and the records.
A filling head is a mechanical, thermal and control interface. It engages the fitment, treats the connection, controls the fill and closes the package. Around it, the drum or box support, weighing, conveyor and cleaning circuit determine whether the cell works.

What is the difference between AF1 and AF2?
AF1 is the bag-in-drum platform for 200/220 L bags. AF2 is the bag-in-box platform for 1–25 L bags. The package handling, support and metering differ, so the model choice starts with the package.
Does the machine sterilise the product?
No. Product sterilisation is an upstream process such as UHT. The filler protects the treated product at the bag interface, fills and closes the package.
Can I get a price from the catalogue?
No honest catalogue price covers the scope. The cost depends on the model, heads, package, metering, automation, conveyors, utilities, documentation and validation. Send the product and package for a project-specific quotation.
Can you confirm a model for my product?
We can narrow the model from the package, output and product data. A representative trial is still needed for viscous, fibrous or particulate products. The page will state what remains unverified.
